“Everything here at Westminster Village has been nice. The food is very good and you can get coffee whenever you ask. The nurses are sweet and I love them all. I’ve made a lot of friends while I’ve been here. When I go home, I want to come back just to visit.”

News & Updates!

April 24, 2024

Any health center resident who receives Medicaid benefits should have received a letter from FSSA regarding choosing a Managed Care Plan as their carrier. The choices are Anthem, Humana and United Healthcare. Each resident will need to make a choice on which carrier they would like to use. If a carrier is not chosen, one will be chose for them. If a resident or family member needs assistance with this information, please contact Jill Armantrout or Gabbie Pollock at 317-823-6841.

Once you receive your new Medicaid Managed Care card, please bring to Westminster Village North so that we have a record of your choice.  For further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to Shannon Harris at 317-826-6057.
